Realyze Ventures, a European venture capital platform specializing in construction, real estate and trade, has successfully completed its first closing. With a fund volume of around EUR 50 million, the closing marks the operational launch of the investment platform. The aim is to finance technology-driven solutions for decarbonization, digitalization and efficiency enhancement in the construction industry and related sectors.

The fund's investors include leading companies from the construction and real estate industry, including Art-Invest Real Estate, Cordes & Graefe, Goldbeck, MOMENI and ZECH. The investor base is complemented by renowned family offices and an institutional investor from the European banking sector.
